Still Lifes with Lost Time explores the relationship between repetition, memory, and the passage of time. Inspired by Giorgio Morandi’s quiet arrangements of bottles and vessels, the works on paper return to familiar forms, allowing subtle shifts in colour, light, composition, and perception to emerge. In this space between stillness and change, the objects become more than objects. They hold traces of looking, remembering and becoming, suggesting that time is not simply something that passes, but something that accumulates within us.
